Yolanda Cheung was born in Hong Kong. After studying interior design in England, she immigrated to Canada to live near her family. Yolanda worked as an interior designer, becoming interested in paper art after the birth of her eldest daughter.

Yolanda enjoys applying her interior design skills to her creations; this passion for design can be found in the way she combines a variety of colours and textures into her work."
